Do you charge extra for nutritional guidance and a diet plan?
No we do not charge extra for nutritional guidance. As for diet plans since I am not a registered dietitian I can not give you a diet/meal plan. We do have an affiliate RD that we would recommend if looking for a diet or meal plan.
What if I need to cancel?
If there does come a time where you need to cancel a session, just make sure you give 24 hours notice. Otherwise less then 24 hours will result in a cancel charge of that session.
What types of home fitness equipment do you recommend?
Any fitness equipment is better then none, but if you were thinking about getting something I would stick to dumbells, resistance bands, medicine balls, a mat and kettlebells.
Are there any other fees that I will have to pay?
There are NO other fees associated with any personal training package.
How many sessions should I do a week at 360FIT?
On average clients should do 2-4 times a week. This varies from client to client based on availability, cost, and what goals are set.
Can I work out even if I have a physical restriction or limitation?
Yes definitely! All packages are fully customized to each client regardless of past or current restrictions.
How quickly will I see results?
At your first reassessment, you should see a positive change, but that varies depending on how closely you follow the instructions in your program. The average time to see results is anywhere from 8-15 weeks depending on how many times a week you train.
Should I consult with a physician before I start a new fitness program?
Yes, this is a MUST! We encourage all clients to consult with a physician to ensure that you’re healthy enough to begin working out.
Who are clients at 360FIT?
We train teens, adults, seniors, athletes, prenatal and postnatal women, corporate clients, groups, and rehab patients. Any fitness levels are welcome!
Do you offer group sessions?
Yes we do offer group sessions, from 3 to 6 clients at a time. Contact directly for pricing.
